We will assist you in selecting, and then approve (if appropriate) a lease, sublease, or purchase agreement for your site. We will also assist you if a building is to be constructed. We expect you will open your location within 1-3 months and no longer than 6 months after signing the franchise agreement.
No more than 60 days before you open, we will provide up to 10 days of training at our home office location. Currently, our main training instructor is our founder, Gene Spaulding. He will be training franchisees, managers, and hourly employees on operational procedures, customer service, operational efficiency, social media, marketing, and ongoing best practices.
We are available to help you and your key employees by phone, email, or in person. We will also loan you a copy of our Operations Manual.
You must have at least one full-size truck large enough to carry a ladder rack and your equipment. You are required to have a 40-foot and 24-foot ladder at a minimum. We also require you to use the point-of-sale system that all franchise owners use.
We maintain a system-wide marketing, advertising, and promotional fund to assist with national marketing efforts which may include local, regional, national or international consumer advertising (including, without limitation, the cost of preparing and conducting television, social media, radio, internet, intranet, magazine, newspaper, and direct mail advertising campaigns as well as public relations activities).
Your Bobcat location will first be approved by us. Your geographic Franchise Territory will be negotiated and specifically described in the Franchise Agreement. We will examine population, traffic flow, presence of the business, location of competitors, demographic, and other market conditions. There is no minimum territory.
Your total investment commitment can range from $99,770 – $233,000. The initial franchise fee runs between $35K – $75K, based on the population of the market territory.
